Ky shtetas nuk është ne kushtet e shtetasve qe ushtrojnë prostitucion, por ai përfiton nga kjo lloj kategori shtetasesh.

Po kështu aktivitet kriminal ushtrojnë dhe pronarët e lokaleve që janë Besiko Molishtari, Nesti Golemaj dhe Naxhija Aliaj, të cilat përveç aktivitetit “bar kafe” në ambientet e tyre të lokalit, rekrutojnë persona klientë seksi, të cilët pasi konsumojnë pije alkoolike, kafe etj., në këto lokale, paguajnë për këto shërbime.
