Engineer Alfred Hasanaj has reconstructed in a 3D video the accident recorded yesterday afternoon at the TEG roundabout in Tirana where three young people lost their lives: Klevis Ruçaj, 20 years old; Sikela Përroi, 23 years old and Erisilda Abedini, 22 years old.

Based on the data and security footage, he has reconstructed the scheme of how the "Audi" type vehicle driven by Klevis Ruçaj comes from the eastern ring road and takes the circle straight breaking the barriers and ended up on the other side of the highway lane ending up on the hood of a Honda vehicle.

The "Audi" type vehicle flew about 50 meters after breaking the barriers and the reason is suspected to have been the high speed of 150 to 200 km/h.

On this road that connects Farka with the roundabout of the eastern ring, Klevis Ruçaj was caught earlier performing speed races and was fined, but he was not informed.
