AMP has taken personal security measures against a police officer with the initials AD who, during the period he was on duty as N/Control Specialist at the Rinas Border Police Commissariat, allowed the exit from the territory of the Republic of Albania of a minor, who was not provided with a power of attorney by his father.

The Police Supervision Agency (Tirana Region), after the investigations carried out on account of the criminal proceedings of 2023, has implemented the Order of the Prosecution for the execution of the decision of the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Tirana, which has decided the security measure personal coercive character "Compulsion to appear before the Judicial Police" against the police officer, Inspector AD, 31 years old, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Abuse of duty".
