The Director of Environment at IKMT, Klesti Çela, has been declared wanted after he raped Fatmir Meta , the Director of Decision Execution at the National Inspectorate for Territorial Protection, in his office.

Çela, Ergys Agas's brother-in-law, raped Meta along with three other people.

The incident is suspected to have occurred after a verbal altercation that occurred the day before between the parties.

Police notification:

The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 2 declared citizen Klesti Çela wanted, as it is suspected that yesterday, together with 3 still unidentified citizens, he attacked citizen Meta, director of the Directorate of Execution of Decisions of the IKMT, in the course of his duty, on the premises of this institution.

Work is underway to fully clarify the circumstances of the case.
