Today, the High Council of Prosecution has carried out the necessary verifications in accordance with the legal conditions for candidacies for the new Head of SPAK.

According to sources for BW, it is reported that the Career Development Commission has reached the conclusion that the 3 candidates who are in the race, Adnan Xholi, Altin Dumani and Edvin Kondili, do not have disciplinary measures in force and that they have presented their platform.

In short, they meet the legal conditions to continue the race for the head of SPAK, this decision was approved by KLP with 10 votes in favor, in the absence of member Esmeralda Keshi.
