All the commissioners of the voting center at the "At Zef Pëllumbi" school ended up being accused in the capital's court after they lied to the authorities by not revealing the identity of a woman, whom they ascertained by photographing the vote and then when they were questioned again by the police, they denied ever having seen him.
Shpëtim Agolli, Arlind Myftari, Edlir Fusha, Arlind Myftaru, Genta Lica, Ylli Dura and Nuri Kasa are expected to be tried in a free state rather at the end of the investigations that had started for a citizen who was reported by them.
But the file that was made available to TCH shows that the investigations took an opposite course even with respect to the whistleblowers with whom the voter requested confrontation and additional investigative actions. But, as the citizen suspected of violating the secrecy of the vote is described by the commissioners as a blonde with a Covid-i mask, it turns out that these data belonged to another woman aged 69.
The security cameras requested at the CEC proved that they had not been telling the truth.
The prosecution says that in the voting center with number 1845/3, at the end of the investigation, it was convinced that the citizen who photographed the vote is the citizen V.Gj. and the commissioners were clear about her identity. However, they changed their testimony by claiming that someone else had done it.
