British justice has sentenced an Albanian to 7 years in prison, who is accused of having sexual intercourse with a girl without her knowledge, due to the condition in which he was. It is about 29-year-old Klodjan Samurri.

British media  reports that the young man raped the British girl in her bed, after they had previously met in a pizzeria in north London in June of last year.

The victim told the court she had been out with a group of friends in Holloway on June 26, 2021 when she met Samurri. She further added that she had gone to bed and when she woke up she saw the 29-year-old having sex with her.

“They went home and passed an Italian restaurant known to two of the girls, as they regularly ordered pizza from that restaurant. Familiar owner, was friendly. He introduced them to three other men, one of whom was Samurri. They sat outside chatting and had a few more drinks, a cigarette, they were all friendly," Ms Charles said.

One of the girls saw Samurri enter the victim's room and asked if she was okay.

“She told him not to go into her friend's bedroom because she was asleep. It became clear to him that he should not enter this bedroom with the lights off and a woman inside sleeping," said the prosecutor of the case.

One of the girls later noticed that the victim's bedroom light was on.

“She opened the door, went in and saw the defendant climbing out of the plaintiff's bed. He was dressed, but he was removing his jeans. The young woman asked her friend if she was okay and asked Samurri if he had permission to have sex with her and he answered: "Yes, yes, everything is fine." Then he took her out of the bedroom," she confessed.

So Samurri, who lives in Walthamstow, denied two counts of rape, but was still convicted.
