31-year-old Visart Cengu from Kukësi was killed for a beer. This is suspected to have been the cause of the start of the fight, according to the testimony of one of the two people who were at the table, friends of the young man who died after the bullets fired by the owner of the bar "Cobra" Dibran Hoxhaj.
And while Cengu died, Rufgan Shehu was injured and is in the Trauma hospital, the third person Arben Basha managed to escape without any consequences, as the bullets did not catch him. A family member of two young people who survived the "Cobra" bullets told "5 questions" the entire chronology of the serious event, based on the boys' confession.
The reason is a bill, not 400 Euros for the dinner, but for three beers consumed by the young people who were returning home. The debate escalated to a physical confrontation and in the end "Cobra" followed them to the parking lot and shot them in the car.
"They were charged for a 100 Euro bill. These (the three boys) said they are too many. This is where the fight started. They were beaten and that "Cobra" treacherously came out and shot them. They did not stay at the "Kobra" bar for dinner, but after returning from dinner at another bar, they passed by and stopped to drink a beer.
We drank it, we didn't drink any beer, they insisted in vain. They only lasted 5 minutes. They got confused about the bill at the end. They got inside and came out to run away. Then he (Cobra) treacherously shot them as they were fleeing.
The clash was with the personnel, then "Cobra" shot them in the parking lot when they were running away. They closed the car doors and tried to run away, he followed them and shot them. There were no other conflicts," said the family of the two people who managed to escape.
