The person you see in the following photos is 57-year-old Kujtim Istrefi, one of the victims of the fatal accident registered yesterday evening in Bulqiza.

He lost his life together with his brother Murat Istrefi and his wife Lulzime Istrefi, while with him in the "Mercedes Benz" car were their family members Ferize Istrefi and Kadrie Markeçi, who are receiving treatment at the Trauma hospital.

Their vehicle collided with another "Benz" type vehicle with English license plates, where Mergim Lazri and Edison Lazri were, who were injured.

The white Benz type vehicle was traveling from the village of Gjorica at the entrance to the main road. While the vehicle with English license plates was traveling from Maqellara in the direction of Tirana at a speed exceeding the permitted norms. This is where the fatal collision took place, where the vehicle with English license plates was dragged for about 100 meters, dividing it into two parts and causing the immediate death of three members of the Istrefi family.

3. Lülezime Istrefi (Dehari) – 45 years old (Maqellare – Dibër)
