The High Council of Prosecution has approved with 9 votes in favor of the end of Alfred Balla's mandate.

Only Nurihan Seiti voted against.

The meeting of the High Council of Prosecution for the end of the mandate of the chairman Alfred Balla was held with strong debates.

On May 21, the KPA ruled Balla's 15-year exclusion from the justice system, overturning a first-instance decision that ended his trial without a verdict.

According to the decision of the KPA, Balla does not have the right to be appointed a judge or prosecutor of any level, member of the High Judicial Council or the High Prosecution Council, High Inspector of Justice or General Prosecutor, for a period 15 years old.
