The hearing for Fredi Beleri, sentenced to 2 years in prison for electoral corruption, was postponed in the Court of Fier.
After being sworn in as an MEP, Fredi Beleri asked for bail, but judge Geni Gjyzari decided to postpone the hearing to July 31.
Fredi Beleri went to Strasbourg after the 5-day leave he received from the General Directorate of Prisons, leaving the prison cells of Fier where he is serving his sentence for buying votes in the last local elections.
