" For Berisha, it is not only the 'Partizani' file. We also have the shocking murders in Tropoja. For this file, all the evidence has been collected, we have the statements of the eyewitnesses of the event.

Only that video, where Berisha appears in voice and image and says 'Shkelqim Haklajn, you will bring me alive or dead in Tirana', because he disrupted the rally, is not proof.
