Thanks to the professional intervention, the Police services caught the citizen EH in the act, who was moving with an automatic firearm, with a comb with cartridges.

The automatic firearm and combat ammunition were seized as material evidence. At the end of the procedural actions, the citizen EH, 30 years old, resident of Muriqan, Elbasan, was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense of "Unauthorized production and possession of military weapons and ammunition".

The materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Elbasan Judicial District Court, for further action
