The head of the Rinas Police Station has been criminally charged by the defense lawyers of the Turkish citizen Ahmet Emre Olur, who was deported to Turkey just a few hours after being detained at the Rinas airport.

Defense lawyers have accused Parparim Dema of "abuse of duty", claiming that he was informed that their client's life was in danger if he was deported to Turkey. They claim that the head of the Rinas police station did not even allow Olur to meet with the lawyers.
