The former MP Arben Ndoka has been declared wanted, while SPAK's rudder demanded his arrest as part of a dangerous criminal group that ordered the murder of their opponents.
Ndoka, as SPAK's intercepts revealed, is suspected of making an alliance with Emiljano Shullazi and Ervis Martinaj, to execute Durim Bami. Likewise, his opponents are reported to have hatched plans to execute Ndoka.
