A 32-year-old man has been arrested by police in Shkodra. It is learned that the young man took a cell phone from a 24-year-old man at gunpoint.

Police say he then demanded 20,000 lek from the 24-year-old and the young man to return the cellphone. He took the money, but did not return the cellphone.

The case was reported to the police and the blue uniforms organized an operation to capture him.

The young man was caught while driving a car.

The amount of money and the cell phone he had taken were found and seized as material evidence.
