The tragic loss of the 15-year-old who drowned on Sunday in the river in the village of Orizaj, in Berat, has shocked his family, relatives and peers.

Amid the pain of his untimely passing, one of his classmates shared a touching message on social media, remembering the minor with emotional words.

" There are people who pass through our lives and leave traces that are never erased. Fatjoni was one of them. Your departure left us with a pain that cannot be described in words and a void that will never be filled."

It's unfair to talk about you in the past tense. It still seems unbelievable that you are no longer with us. Your memories, smile and kindness will remain in our hearts forever.

We will miss you in every conversation, in every laugh, and in every moment we once shared together. You will never be forgotten, because people like you live forever in the memories of those who loved them.

"My deepest condolences to the family and all relatives. Rest in peace, Fatjon. May God have mercy on you and grant you Paradise. You were a fantastic friend ," she wrote in her message.

The minor was working with his father in the field and entered the river to cool off, but the current took him several meters downstream. The father entered to save him, but pulled his son to the shore with no signs of life.
