Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke about the investment project on the island of Sazan.

Rama said that an application has been made which will be reviewed and if the project meets the conditions and matches the vision for this area, then it will be taken forward.

"We do not choose people, we, based on Albanian legislation, refer to the offers and proposals that are made to us. The transformation of Sazan into a jewel in the golden crown of Mediterranean tourism is a long-standing ambition. For the sake of truth, previous governments and ambitions have had it. It was previously unthinkable to approach powerful investors. We absolutely have a proposal. The proposal is not yet in the necessary process where several steps must be passed. An application has been made to the AIDA project. If the project matches our vision and if the project meets the conditions and matches the vision for this area, then it will go ahead," he said.
