Prime Minister Edi Rama traveled this Monday to Italy where he will participate in the inauguration ceremony of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Albania in Naples.
During this visit, the Prime Minister will also visit the Department of Albanian Language at "L'Orientale" University as well as "Parthenope" University, where he will participate in a reception on the theme "Naples, a bridge of friendship, cooperation and development between Italy and Albania".
Also, during this visit, he, together with the Minister of Education, Mirela Kumbaro, will hold a meeting with the rectors of the universities of Naples, to talk about the possibilities of cooperation between the two countries, regarding the field of education.
In addition to the head of government's agenda in the neighboring country, a video has recently been circulating on social networks claiming that the prime minister's trip to Naples was marred by an incident.
The cause was an Albanian citizen who, according to what JOQ claims, referring to witnesses who were passengers on this flight, is said to have cursed the prime minister with a strong word, and as a result, the latter notified the Italian officers.
"F*** you slave, Edi Rama," is how the Albanian is said to have insulted Prime Minister Rama. Meanwhile, as can be seen in the video, the Prime Minister ended up handing this citizen over to the Carabinieri.
