Tomorrow is an important day for justice.
The court will review two important requests: That of Ilir Meta and Erion Veliaj, to be released from prison.
Meta's request was scheduled to be reviewed on Monday, but has been postponed to a later day (perhaps intentionally).
It is not known what decision will be made regarding the two important politicians currently in prison, but tomorrow could be considered a fiery day for justice.
And a test that could prove fatal for justice if it makes the wrong decisions.
The decisions for Meta and Veliaj are a knife in the teeth for the court, as both keeping them in prison and a possible release would cause strong debates.
If Meta and Veliaj remained in prison, we would have the usual debates that these decisions are meaningless, since the evidence against them has already been administered and they have nothing to spoil.
If they were released from prison, the debate would be even more heated, as it would be perceived in public as a surrender of justice to politics.
Therefore, tomorrow is considered a litmus test for justice, which has long been at the center of criticism and attacks.
Sometimes for its decisions and sometimes for debates that have little to do with justice, such as the one about salaries, which has been going on for several days and is being used by politicians to denigrate judges.
