The Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) has made the decision for Lefter Koka, Alqi Bllako and 13 other defendants.

Former Environment Minister Lefter Koka was sentenced to 10 years in prison, but with a shortened trial he will serve 6.8 years in prison.

Penalties required by SPAK

Lefter Koka - Former Minister of the Environment - 10 years, with a shortened sentence of 6.8 years in prison

Alqi Blako - Former General Secretary in the Ministry of Environment - 7 years in prison is required. With shortened trial, 4.8 years in prison

Klodian Zoto - Administrator of the concessionaire company - 12 years in prison is required. With a shortened trial to serve 8 years in prison

Pellumb Abeshi   Former official of the Ministry of Environment - 4 years in prison are requested. Summary judgment is granted

Florian Muçaj - Member of the concession awarding commission - 3 years in prison is required. Summary judgment is granted

Azem Shatëri  - Member of the concession awarding commission - 3 years in prison is required. Summary judgment is granted

Erjon Murataj   - Member of the concession granting commission - 4 years in prison is required. Summary judgment is granted

Sabina Cenameri - Member of the concession awarding commission - 4 years in prison is required. Summary judgment is granted

Arben Dervishaj - The supervisor of the incinerator works - 4 years with a shortened sentence of 2.8 years in prison are required

L oran Dusha   Administrator of Fier Incinerator (Wanted) - 8 years in prison is required. Summary judgment is granted

Arjola Kodra - Administrator of the Tirana Incinerator (Wanted) - 3 years in prison is required, the shortened trial has been accepted

Arbër Denizi  - Administrator of PIVOT-04 (Wanted) - 7 years in prison are required. Summary judgment is granted

Juri Imeraj - Administrator of the JPY company (Wanted) - 7 years in prison is required. Summary judgment is granted
