The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has filed this Friday, May 8, the indictment against Plaurent Dervishaj and Julian Meçe, in connection with the assassination attempt against former prosecutor Arian Ndoja (now MP) and Aleksandër Laho, an event that resulted in the death of driver Andi Maloku.
SPAK prosecutors have requested life imprisonment for Dervishaj, while for Meça they have requested 35 years in prison.
