Monday evening's assassination attempt in the "Vullnetari" neighborhood of Elbasan, where three people were injured, is increasingly taking on the characteristics of a carefully planned attack.

The Elbasan Prosecution suspects that the real target was not the three injured, but the nephew of Ot Kilë, one of the most well-known names in the underworld in Elbasan, who was at the same table with them.

Preliminary investigations show that Armand Tomorrica, Renaldo Mançe and Bjorgi Hoxha do not appear to have any conflicts or problems that could be related to the assassination.

Precisely for this reason, the fact that Ot Kilë's nephew was also at the table has led the investigation to the possibility that he may have been the target of the attack.

New details indicate that the perpetrator had taken measures to conceal his identity. There were no security cameras in the bar where the incident occurred, but a nearby camera filmed the moment he left the scene of the crime.

The image shows a thin-bodied person, dressed in black clothes, a sweatshirt and black gloves, while in order not to be identified, he had put on a silicone mask and a long-haired women's wig, elements that indicate that the assassination was prepared in detail.

After opening fire on the bar's veranda, leaving three people injured, including the waiter, the perpetrator quickly fled.

An off-duty police officer was sent in pursuit of him, who called out: " Stop, police !"

During the escape, the perpetrator threw away the crime weapon, which has been seized and sent for examination.

Investigators hope to find fingerprints or biological material that could lead to the identification of the perpetrator or perpetrators.

At the moment, the event is considered a well-organized assassination, while the main lead being investigated remains that of revenge between criminal groups in Elbasan.
