The Police Supervision Agency has arrested 4 Shkodër police officers in connection with the assassination attempt in Dobraç on the afternoon of October 30, where four people lost their lives.

A few days ago, AMP reported to the Prosecutor's Office some of the officers of the Shkodra Police under the accusation that they misused their duties.

According to AMP, they did not stop the third person who was in the car with the two victims, Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati.

AMP Notice:

The Police Supervision Agency (Shkodër-Lezhë Region) has executed the orders of detention set by the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër against 4 police officers, suspected of the criminal offense "Abuse of duty" as they did not comply with the standard procedures of "Security of the place of the event" and accompaniment for identification of persons found at the place of the event.

Inspector BK, and VL, respectively 45 and 33 years old, with the duty of the General Patrol of the Shqiponja Special Force in DVP Shkodër.  

Inspector JS, and MM, respectively 31 and 33 years old with the duty of Service Corps in the Special Eagle Force in DVP Shkodër.

The prohibition order comes after the reference made by the Regional Directorate of AMP, in relation to the criminal event of October 30, in the Dobraç neighborhood of Shkodra, where unidentified persons fired at a Benz S-Class vehicle, in which was driven by citizens HL and AB, as well as another unidentified person.
