After the investigations, it turned out that the suspected perpetrator is a citizen of DK, 57 years old, a resident of the village of Borie-Lure, arrested in the act, who cut the poles with the claim that they were placed on his land.

Following the verification of the property where the pillars were placed, it turned out that it is state property of the Lure Administrative Unit, Dibër Municipality. The procedural materials were handed over to the Dibër Prosecutor's Office for the criminal offenses of "Intentional destruction of property", "Self-judgment".
