Alfred Balla

The Chairman of the High Council of Prosecution, Alfred Balla, has reacted regarding the citation of his name in the so-called list of Socialist Party activists in the "Akt1visti" application.

The head of the KLP states that "he has never downloaded, seen and used an application for which he has no idea what it represents".

Balla adds that "the members of the KLP enjoy the status of magistrate and are depoliticized and partisan and there is no way for them to break the law, to become members or activists of a political party of any wing, or to engage in political activity during their mandate ".

Balla also encourages the justice authorities to "investigate and find the distributors of this false news about him".
