The hearing at the Special Court for Dritan Rexhepi, accused of the kidnapping and murder of Jan Prenga, has been postponed.

The reason is the absence of Aldo Majnishta's lawyer, who was not present himself.

Although Dritan Rexhepi was present in the courtroom, his defense asked the court to hold the next hearings on Fridays, because Rexhepi is required to remain in prison "313" in Tirana until Monday.

Meanwhile, Dritan Rexhepi has been accommodated in the Fier prison. The next hearing is scheduled for February 3, at 2:00 PM.
