Police have arrested 21-year-old Glindis Bujari, who fatally hit two pedestrians in the village of Mjeda.

The young man is charged with the criminal offense of "Violation of traffic rules".

The 21-year-old lost control of the vehicle and as a result the vehicle went off the road, hitting two pedestrians, Ndue and Ndrekë Prenga.

As a result of the injuries sustained, the pedestrians lost their lives.

Police announcement: 

Specialists of the Shkodër DVP Traffic Police Sector arrested citizen GB, 21 years old, in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense of "Violation of traffic rules", after yesterday afternoon in the village of Mjeda, he lost control of the vehicle and as a result the vehicle went off the road, hitting two pedestrians, resulting in the deaths of citizens NP, 63 years old, and NP, 43 years old.
