A video posted on social media showing a person throwing trash out of the window of a moving vehicle has led to the identification and punishment of the perpetrator. The perpetrator is citizen Kozak Braçi, 32 years old, known for his appearances on social media.

Police from Police Station No. 4 in Tirana reacted immediately after the video was published by conducting the necessary verifications. Despite the fact that the footage had been recorded some time ago, the authorities managed to identify the person who had polluted the environment and accompanied him for further procedural actions.

At the end of the actions, Kozak Braçi was fined 100,000 lek, based on Article 351 of Council of Ministers Decision No. 153, dated 07.04.2000 and Article 15 of the Road Code.

Meanwhile, the procedural materials for this case have been referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further legal evaluation.
