This summer season, Himara has amazed tourists with the blackout. Apart from the sea, tourists are also enjoying this fact as a tourist experience.

However, at certain times, when it seems that Edi Rama is around, the area has lights.

This is what happened yesterday in a bar where Edi Rama was present. As long as he was in that environment, the lights were kept on and as soon as he left the whole area was destroyed.

The mayor himself admitted that the electricity was cut off in that area, according to him, due to a defect.
