From the conversations in the coded applications analyzed by the French counterparts, it has been revealed that the group of Plaurent Dervishaj planned to kill the father of the driver killed in the assassination of the prosecutor and the brother of Rrumi Shikajut, Vullnet Muharremi. Genci Maloku demanded justice for his son, as he had insisted several times at the prosecutor's office to find out who was behind the son's murder.

With the features of a structured criminal group, the gang secured stolen cars and license plates, firearms and further - says SPAK - "they were able to secure information about the target's movements from state databases." According to the investigative file, it turns out that the information was obtained from the TIMS system, providing photos of people and their movements, but they also received data from the vehicle register, which cars they were driving. 5 of the group are arrested in Albania, while the organizer Plaurent Dervishaj and his 2 friends, Julian Meçaj and Amar Shkëmbi, are in the crime shelter in Dubai, a country with which Albania still does not have an extradition agreement, and is acting in several cases by agreement. Report TV learns that the other member of the criminal group Bledar Polovina has been arrested in the USA, and SPAK has requested his extradition.
