A judge has been harassed for several months by Ardit Bajrami, a citizen of Tirana.

The judge of the Kuka First Instance Court, with the initials AP, worried several times by the author, has decided to make the denunciation.

But how the whole story started:

The file explains that Ardit Bajrami had repeatedly threatened the judge, although the latter did not know him.

The first conflict happened in 2020, in the first days of December, where the stalker started talking to him.

"Come here rabbit, spy, I'm talking to you", were the first words the accused said.

The judge made the denunciation in Tirana, after stating that he lives here, while the persecution has continued for a long time.

After four months, he happened again with this person, who continued with the same tones.

"This is the prosecutor in Bajram Curr", said the author, as he pointed his finger at the judge.

The last episode was dated 20.09.2023, where Ardit Bajrami was addressed with these words:

" Save, save, prosecutor ", it says in the file, as the denunciation came after that.

The judge stated that this matter had become disturbing for him and his family members, therefore he decided to file a lawsuit on 22.09.2023.

Ardit Barjami has been sentenced to 8 months in prison, while the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana has decided that he will be accompanied by probation services.
