SPAK, in cooperation with the Directorate for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, the BKH and the Shkodra Police, has cracked down on a suspected case of electoral crime in Shkodra.

The checks signed by the GJKKO were carried out on members of the electoral headquarters of Tom Doshi's Social Democratic Party in Shkodra.

Authorities say that from the checks carried out as part of this operation, 7 cell phones, various documents, a sum of money (euro and lek) and fuel stamps were seized.

The Directorate for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in cooperation with the National Bureau of Investigation, the Directorate of the Special Operational Force and the Shkodra Local Police Directorate, following the intensive work done throughout the country to prevent and combat electoral crimes, conducted today, in the Shkodra district, the first phase of the police operation against electoral crimes, codenamed "Promise".

Within this phase, the execution of the decision of 07.05.2025, of the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, for the physical search of 6 citizens and 9 of their vehicles, specifically citizens FV, ​​BL, DD, SZ, BH and ZD, residents of Shkodër, Bushat and Vau i Dejës, was carried out;

-vehicle owned by citizen FV;

-vehicle owned by citizen BP;

-vehicle owned by citizen DD;

-vehicle owned by OSHEE, used by citizen SZ;

-2 vehicles owned by a BiH citizen;

-3 vehicles owned by citizen ZD

From the checks carried out within the framework of this operation, 7 mobile phones, various documents, a sum of money (euro and lek) and fuel stamps were seized.

Investigations within the framework of this operation continue.
