The GJKKO has signed 6 inspection orders for members of the electoral headquarters of Tom Doshi 's Social Democratic Party in Shkodra.
Cell phones were seized, while searches and inspections were also carried out on the cars of members of the PSD electoral headquarters .
It is reported that one of them refused the checks. As a result, he was escorted by the police.
The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, was also in Shkodra, where he held a meeting with prosecutor Albert Murçaj in the context of intensifying investigations regarding indications of electoral crimes.
The head of SPAK did the same thing in Lezha, where he met with Arben Nika, the appointed chief prosecutor of Lezha, as well as with representatives of the Local Police in Lezha.
Three days before the elections, SPAK officially announces that materials for 123 cases of suspected electoral crimes have been administered, of which only 35 cases have initiated criminal proceedings, under suspicion of electoral crimes, to identify persons who are attempting to influence the elections.
In 8 cases, SPAK initiated the investigations themselves, while in 20 other cases it was the police that referred the cases to SPAK.
Despite the great political noise that political parties have made during this campaign with allegations of vote buying or pressure on the administration, only two criminal proceedings have been registered for reports filed by political entities.
Three other reports came from citizens and two from prosecutors of general jurisdiction.
