The court hearing against Laert Haxhiu will take place on March 4 at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime .

On this date, a preliminary hearing will be held in the case of Laert Haxhiu , suspected by SPAK of a series of serious criminal offenses, such as " destruction of property with explosives", "premeditated murder", "structured criminal group ", etc.

The Special Court has announced the date of the hearing and has notified the victims of the criminal offenses and their heirs to participate in this trial, including the singer Rigels Rajku , known by the stage name "Noizy" , as well as his family members.

The GJKKO has summoned the following citizens: Arjan Aliço, Xhino Aliço, Besnik Çoku, Erion Çoku, Amela Kondi (Selimi), Roza Selimi, Alesia Selimi, Xhuljano Xhaferraj, Shpresa Mermali, Kujtim Mermali, Boranta Bashaliu, Mustafa Bashaliu, Gazmir Çepele, Kujtim Meta, Bashkim Rajku, Rigels Rajku, Anisa Rajku, Rexhep Gina, Resmije Turku, Kleonirda Lamçe (Turku), Altin Lamçe, Marjus Zejneli, Mario Gjoka and Genci Hida .

SPAK investigations have shown that the TNT placed in the premises of the bar owned by Noizy , in the city of Durrës, was placed on the orders of Laert Haxhiu, in response to the physical violence that the singer's friends exerted against Kleviol Ahmeti.

"...when a video appeared on 'TikTok' showing that Kleviol Ahmeti (Serbiano), who is from Lushnja, had been beaten, Laert's mother and sister called him and told him that they felt very sorry for Klevio, who had been beaten in that way...", Artan Tafani told investigators.

According to his account, during this conversation with his mother and sister, Laertes became angry and ordered that "Noizy" be harmed, claiming that the beating that had been inflicted on Clevio had disturbed his family.
