The Special Court of Appeals finally sentenced Fran Frrokajn , former mayor of Lezha, to 2 years and 8 months in prison on charges of abuse of office.

Bledar Cara was found guilty and sentenced to 1 year and 4 months in prison, as well as the removal of the right to exercise public functions for a period of 5 years.

Defendant Juxhina M. was sentenced to 1 year and 4 months in prison, but her sentence was converted to 5 years of probation, with the condition that she not commit any criminal offense during this period.

She was also ordered to maintain regular contact with the Probation Service at the Lezha Local Office.

An additional sentence was also imposed on him, which includes the removal of the right to exercise public functions for 5 years.

All three defendants were tried and found guilty on matters related to the alienation of property.
