GJKKO sentences to three years in prison for corruption of former official

GJKKO has sentenced to 3 years in prison Miranda Idrizi, former employee of IEVP Lushnje, accused of the criminal offense Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions.

With the acceptance of the shortened trial of the defendant Miranda Ii, he is reduced to 1/3 of the sentence and, eventually, sentenced to 2 (two)years imprisonment.

The sentence is served in a customary security prison, and begins from the day that this decision takes a final shape.

The verdict was given by the court panel composed of judges Flora Hajredinaj, Etleva Deda and Rudina Palloj
