As reported by the police, the "Benz" vehicle, driven by 50-year-old Afrim Kolgjini, went off the road and as a result, the driver of the vehicle and the passenger in the vehicle, 35-year-old Festim Gjeta, lost their lives.

Both victims were from the village of Lusën, Ujmisht Kukës administrative unit.
