The one you see in the photo is the only one arrested during the police action in Vlora, where a large amount of weaponry was found such as sniper rifles, remote control bombs, binoculars and others.

It is about the citizen Luciano Deraj, also known as Albano Deraj, residing in the village of Babicë in Vlora, where the arsenal of weapons was also found, and who, according to the police, is suspected of having the duty of keeping them.

He is suspected of being part of a wider criminal group that used weapons and other logistical means to carry out executions. The police suspect that this group has committed at least two criminal events in the past.
