This is one of the officers who fell into handcuffs after taking money from young people at Tirana Lake who caught them smoking hashish. 

The officer of police station number 1, Serxhio Cani, 22 years old, and the municipal police officer of Tirana, Sajmir Muzikanti, 39 years old, were under observation by the Police Surveillance Agency, after the complaints received from the citizens.

They put handcuffs on them to make it look as reliable as possible that they were doing their job, and took from 20 to 50 thousand lek from the young people, leaving them free in exchange for not accompanying them to the police station.
