A large crane and wooden panels announced the start of the installation of the installation worth 4 million euros in the inner courtyard of the seat of the Albanian government.

The installation will cost 4 million euros and the tender was developed by the Albanian Development Fund, where the company "Fusha" was announced as the winner.

According to official data, the result of the tender with the object " Installation with a wooden structure in the inner courtyard of the Prime Minister's Office , " Eden Park "' and with a limited fund of over 430 million new lek, should be announced on October 19, 2022, but on the page official of the Public Procurement Agency , the note " Suspended " was placed next to this tender , to be reopened later.

The tender announced by the Albanian Development Fund for the construction of the wooden installation caused an immediate public and opposition reaction, while Rama declared that regarding the wooden installation "it was not about a work of art, but a renewable energy project only for working environments ".

At the end of August 2022, the Albanian Development Fund announced the tender "Installation with a wooden structure in the inner courtyard of the Prime Minister's Office, "Eden Park"", with a limited fund of 431 million new ALL or about 4 million euros.

For the realization of this tender, the Albanian Development Fund was charged by the Government, through a special decision, approved on July 27, 2022.

The project envisages the construction of a 4-story wooden structure, which will be located in the back yard of the Prime Minister's building.

Its drafters think that " the goal of the project is to create a central object, for which it will be worth opening the surrounding shutters and the sight, smells and oxygen that will be released from the dense vegetation will penetrate into the offices of this important institution ".

The project was carried out by the Austrian studio " Precht ", but there is no information on how much it was paid.

According to the opposition, the installation, which will be placed in the inner courtyard of the Prime Minister's Office, of the " garden of Paradise ", in addition to the unjustified cost, is also an open mockery of Albanians, because the normal prime minister of a normal country would never spend 4 million euro for an installation, a whim of his own, which he will photograph and post on social networks such as Urban Renaissance.
