At a time when the Special Prosecution Office is requesting that Belinda Balluku's mandate be revoked to pave the way for her arrest, the government's number two has been seen entering the Prime Minister's Office premises.
As seen in these images, Belinda Balluku gets out of the car talking on the phone and then enters the prime minister's office, where Prime Minister Edi Rama has convened the Council of Ministers.
Meanwhile, in the building opposite, the new head of SPAK, Klodian Braho , and the two special prosecutors have arrived at the Presidency of the Assembly where the meeting of the Mandates Council will take place.
The Head of the Special Prosecution Office is accompanied by Dritan Prençi and Dorina Bejko , the two prosecutors who are investigating the file on the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku.
The Mandates Council will review SPAK's request to lift the parliamentary immunity of Belinda Balluku, which would pave the way for new measures against the Deputy Prime Minister such as " house arrest " or " prison sentence ."
