A 41-year-old man was found lifeless, hanging from a tree in a village near Berat.

It was his family members who found him and immediately notified the police.

According to Berat police, the incident is suspected to be a suicide, as the 41-year-old was in a serious psychological condition.

Police announcement:

In the village of Duhanas, near the stream in a wooded area, citizen FK, 41 years old, resident of Duhanas, was found hanging from a tree by his family.

A preliminary examination of the 41-year-old's body revealed no signs of violence. It is suspected that citizen FK, in a serious psychological state, hanged himself from a tree and consequently lost his life.

The investigation team is continuing its work to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
