The strong wind knocks down palm trees in Durrës

The strong wind has caused an incident on the main boulevard of the city of Durrës, where a palm tree broke in the middle and fell on the tables and umbrellas of one of the roadside bars.

Fortunately, there was only material damage from the incident, as due to the bad weather there is a decrease in pedestrian traffic on the road.

Meanwhile, the municipal police intervened immediately to manage the situation and avoid obstacles in the traffic of vehicles. At the moment, work is being done to secure the space and prevent any further possible incidents.
