The Tirana Prosecution has requested life imprisonment for Arsen Muskurti, who killed his brother, Dritan Muskurti, and sister-in-law, Nora Muskurti, after repeated conflicts.
A serious domestic crime shook the capital on the afternoon of August 30, 2022, when Arsen Muskurti entered the " Nour Tours " travel agency and shot and killed his brother and sister-in-law.
According to the Prosecution, when asked about the incident, Arsen Muskurti stated that the ongoing problems with his brother, whom he accused of blackmailing him and his parents for a long time, led him to the murder.
"I have had ongoing problems with Dritan and Nora Muskurti since 2017, because he was a person who did not accept requests for an account and was often threatening towards me. For this reason, I have also filed a report at the police station," stated Arsen Muskurti.
He stated that on the day of the serious incident, he had received a summons from the court, after his brother Dritan Muskurti had requested a protection order from him.
The alleged perpetrator claims that he and his brother were in legal proceedings over a considerable amount of money, where he had requested an expert opinion on the firm, claiming that they had forged it.
