A "weed house" has been discovered in the city of Saranda , as two friends have turned their apartment into a veritable cannabis plantation.
Vlora Police announced today that they finalized the operation codenamed " Green flat ", where a case of cultivation of narcotic plants in closed environments was identified and cracked down on, in the city of Saranda.
