A possible criminal event was prevented by the police in Vaun e Dejas, where three young men were arrested.

As part of the "Shkjeza" operation, citizens Aleksandër Prendi , 19 years old, Andrea Cara , 21 years old, and Erjon Uka , 21 years old, all three residents of the village of Rranxë, Vau i Dejes, were arrested.

"Thanks to the timely intervention of the Police services, it became possible to catch the citizen Aleksandër Prendi red-handed, who, in cooperation with the other 2 arrested citizens, was threatening the citizen GF with a firearm (Kalashnikov) for weak motives

During the checks, a rifle firearm was also found which was seized as material evidence, together with the Kalashnikov firearm used for the threat, combat ammunition, a vehicle and 3 mobile phones.

Following the procedural-investigative actions, it became possible to elucidate and legally document two cases of destruction of property by fire, by these three citizens, who on November 18, 2022, in the village of Mjedë, burned 3 vehicles, while in on January 10, 2023, in the village of Kaçë, they burned 1 vehicle," says the Police announcement.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Shkodër Judicial District Court for further action.
