The identity of the criminal group that supplied the capital with cocaine and heroin is revealed. Brikena Frakulli, Hortenca Biçaku, Klevi Banushi and Artur Kristo were arrested as part of the coded police operation "Pandora's Box".

It is learned that 40-year-old Brikena Frakulli turns out to be the leader of this criminal group, 6 kg of heroin and cocaine were found in the apartments of Brikena Frakulli and Artur Kristos.

The 40-year-old woman is accused of providing the drug in large quantities and then supplying the distributors in small doses. The prosecution and the police have also identified the person who supplied cocaine to the leader of the criminal group, Frakulli.

The coded police operation "Pandora's Box" is finalized after a several-week investigation with proactive methods. 4 citizens, members of a criminal group, are arrested.

6 kilograms of heroin and cocaine and 1100 doses of heroin and cocaine were seized. Large sums of money in Euros and Lek have also been seized.

Following the successive operations carried out by the Narcotics Investigation Section at the Tirana Local Police Directorate, to crack down on the criminal activity of distributing hard drugs, based on information intelligence that a criminal group was distributing in bulk and in doses, narcotics, heroin and cocaine, referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office of the Judicial District of Tirana, which registered the criminal proceedings in January of this year.

As a result of the several-week investigation under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office of the Judicial District of Tirana, it became possible to collect the necessary evidence for members of a criminal group that distributed narcotics heroin and cocaine in different areas of Tirana.

Based on these evidences, the coded police operation "Pandora's Box" was successfully organized and finalized. As part of the operation, the following citizens were caught and arrested in the act:

BF, 40 years old, resident of Tirana, leader of the criminal group
H. B., 41 years old, member of the criminal group
A. K, 45 years old, member of the criminal group
K. B., 20 years old, member of the criminal group.

From the control exercised in the residences of the citizen BF, and AK, the Police found and seized as material evidence 6 kilograms of narcotics heroin and cocaine, respectively 3 kg 891 grams of suspected narcotic substance heroin and 2 kg 110 grams of narcotic substance cocaine, where one part was divided into 1100 doses ready for sale.

Gjithashtu nga kontrolli u gjetën dhe u sekuestruan dhe shuma të mëdha parash në euro dhe lekë, konkretisht 83.555 euro, 420.000 lekë të rinj, 2 automjete, 2 motoçikleta, 3 peshore elektronike dhe 4 aparate celulare.

Nga hetimit e kryra rezulton se këta shtetas vepronin në formën e grupit kriminal që drejtohej nga shtetasja B. F., e cila siguronte lëndën narkotike në sasi të mëdha dhe më pas furnizonte shpërndarësit në doza.

Po nga hetimet është bërë e mundur që të identifikohet edhe personi që furnizonte me sasi kokaine e heroine shtetasen B. F., por për arsye hetimi nuk bëjmë me dije të dhëna pasi operacioni është në vijim për kapjen dhe vënien para përgjegjësisë ligjore të personave të tjerë të implikuar në këtë veprimtari kriminale.
