Emona Muçi is elected a member of the KLJ

Between the two candidacies for representatives from the Appeal to the HCJ, the general meeting of judges chose judge Emona Muçi, currently a judge in the Appeal of General Jurisdiction.

Muçi received 133 votes in her favor, while the other candidate, Irida Kacerja, collected 92 votes.

Judges of all levels of judgment today elect three new representatives to the Supreme Judicial Council.

The three new members will replace three of the members whose mandate ends, Brikena Ukperaj from the Court of Appeal and Dritan Hallunaj and Marçela Shehu from the First Level.
