A 47-year-old man died after jumping from the 3rd floor of the Trauma Hospital.

The event happened around 05:30 today, February 25.

The 47-year-old allegedly suffered from mental health problems.

The police say that he was presented to Trauma for medical help on February 24, after having injured himself with a knife-cutting tool, in Tepelena.

According to the statements of family members, the police say that the 47-year-old man tried to commit suicide several times.

Police notification:

On 25.02.2024, around 05:30, it is suspected that he committed suicide from the 3rd floor of the Trauma Hospital, citizen MH, 47 years old, who died as a result of the injuries he received.

This citizen presented himself for medical help at the hospital on 24.02.2024, around 12:00, after he injured himself with a knife-cutting tool, in Tepelena.

The 47-year-old suffered from mental health problems, and according to family members, he tried to commit suicide before.
